  • How do I go about requesting items?

    Visit our shop page and browse our selection of rentals. Add the items to your wishlist and provide us with some information about your event and click submit.

  • Can we set up a time to meet and talk?

    Of course! We love meeting clients. Please call  or emails so we can set up a meeeting.

  • Can I see the items before I order?

    Yes! We have a large show room at our office in Breese where you can physical see our inventory. Contact us by calling (618) 410-0490 or fill out a form to setup an appointment.

  • When will I receive a quote?

    Once your wishlist is received we will check for item availability and draft you a quote. The quote will be emailed to you for you to review. Let us know if you have any questions!

  • How much is required up front?

    Once you are happy to move forward, we ask for $500 deposit to resevere your items for your big day. Keep in mind forever&always goes by a first come first serve bases.  

  • Where do I pick up the order?

    Pick-up will be avaiable 2-3 days prior to your event unless otherwise stated with BlackBox. 

  • What type of payments do you accept?

    Payment we except Cash, check, Venmo, and Credit cards. If you choose to pay with a credit card it comes with a service fee. 

  • How do I reserve my event date?

    We are a first come first serve company. We will ask for a $500 deposit for that date. This deposit will then go towards the final payment of the reserve date.  

  • Are weddings the only thing your company does?

    No, we are an all event type of company. We would love to help you out with all your decorating needs for any occasion.
